Then put rice in milk and on low flame cooked it and stir continually.

Meanwhile take bowl put 1 tablespoon milk and put saffron strands.

When rice cooked put cardamom powder, saffron and condensed milk and cooked it for 5 minutes.

Your kesariya Kheer is ready for serving.
