I made this snack today for the family they ate it all.
Steps

In a bowl put in the flour, add salt, curry powder, and a bunch of coriander and water.

Then mix then to form a pouring consistently.

Prepare the potatoes by removing the rinds from the potatoes.

The cut the potatoes into small circular sizes.

Dip the potatoes into the butter and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.

Then put oil in a pan and heat in medium heat.

Then dip in the uncooked bajia to the pan and cook until it is soft and ready to eat.

Cook for about 15 minutes then serve.
