Today i decided to prepare veagetable rice with just yellow capsicum. i wanted it to have more color.

250 grice
30 mlcooking oil
1/2 tbssalt
1small yellow capsicum

Measure 500ml water to boil as you chop the capsicum

Add the rice, cooking oil and salt and stir.Then add the capsicum, stir then cover partially.

When the water reduces stir for the capsicum to mix with the rice and cover fully. When the rice cooks turn off the heat and serve.
