Slow cooker Potato & Smoked Sausage soup

Ingredients

  1. 1 bagdiced frozen hash browns
  2. 1 (32 oz)box chicken stock
  3. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1 (8 oz)box cream cheese
  5. Cheddar cheese (optional)
  6. Salt, pepper, Sage, basil
  7. 1smoked sausage kielbasa

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice sausage into coins and cut the coins in half

  2. 2

    In a sauté pan cook the sausage until heated and brown and set aside

  3. 3

    In the slow cooker mix together everything EXCEPT cream cheese and cheddar cheese

  4. 4

    Allow to cook on low for 7-8hrs or on high 3-4hrs.

  5. 5

    Periodically season to taste as desired

  6. 6

    One hour before serving cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the soup

  7. 7

    Mix to make sure all cream cheese has melted

  8. 8

    Serve topped with cheddar cheese and enjoy!! ❤️
