This meal takes me back to the 80's growing up in my grandmother's place.
Steps

Boil the raw green maize for 20 minutes.

In the sufuria put cooking oil let it heat up then add onions and let it cook till golden brown for 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and cover to cook for 3 minutes. Add 4 pinches of salt.

Add chopped potatoes and stir add some water and cover to cook for 5 minutes.

Add boiled maize and stir thoroughly as you mash up the potatoes and the maize for 3 minutes.

Cut coriander and put into the sufuria and stir.

It is ready to serve with some avocado.
