Steps

First wash and boil in salted water your potatoes (I use about 5 whole potatoes)

When a fork can easily stab potatoes take off heat and immerse in cold water..

After potatoes have time to cool cut them in half long ways and gently spoon out middle

Have your oil nice and hot and enough oil to cover potatoes halves and fry potatoes until golden brown... will not take long 2-3 minutes

Have your over preheated to 350

When potatoes are finished frying put on baking sheet and fill potatoes with cheese and cooked bacon

Top with a dash of salt and pepper

And bake until cheese is melted... takes about 4 -5 minutes

Take out let cool for about 2 minutes then enjoy !
