This is one healthy breakfast; very quick and easy to prepare if you have the ingredients around you

Add coconut flour, almond milk and egg in a blender and blend the mix together; for the right consistency, you can add more almond milk
- 2
Heat up frying pan and spray cooking spray; add a cooking spoon of batter into the pan and fry once its getting brown underneath flip through and remove once its done
- 3
Do same for the remaining batter and serve; you can use oat flour or almond flour for the same purpose.
