  3. 2 CansKidney Beans [drained & rinsed]
  4. 1 CanPinto Beans [drained]
  5. ● For The Vegetables Herbs & Fruits [rough chopped]
  6. 1EX LG Firm Tomato
  7. 1 CanCrushed Tomatoes [+ reserves]
  8. 1/2LG Green Bell Pepper
  9. 1/2LG Red Bell Pepper
  10. 1/2LG Yellow Bell Pepper
  11. 1/2LG Orange Bell Pepper
  12. 1LG Vidalia Onion [+ reserves]
  13. 2LG Jalapeño Peppers [+ reserves]
  14. 1 (4 oz)Can Hatch Green Chilies
  15. 1/4 CupFresh Cilantro Leaves [+ reserves]
  16. 1 tbspFresh Basil Leaves
  17. ● For The Seasonings
  18. 1 Box5 Alarm Chili Seasoning
  19. to tasteFresh Ground Black Pepper
  20. 3 DashesWorshestershire Sauce
  21. 1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  22. 1/2 tbspHot Paprika
  23. to tasteTabasco Sauce [we used 2 tbsp+]
  24. 1/2 tspGround Cumin
  25. 1/4 tspCrushed Bay Leaves
  26. 1 tbspCayenne Pepper
  27. 1 tbspGranulated Garlic Powder
  28. 1 tbspGranulated Onion Powder
  29. 1 tbspChili Powder
  30. 1/4 tspDried Oregano
  31. to tasteSalt
  32. ● For The Fluids [as needed]
  33. 2 CansBeef Broth
  34. 1 BottleDark Beer [only as needed]
  35. ● For The Options Or Sides [as needed - fine minced]
  36. Shreadded Mexican 3 Cheese
  37. Jalapeño Corn Bread
  38. Chopped Tomatoes
  39. Habenero Peppers
  40. Jalapeño Peppers
  41. Green Onions
  42. Fresh Cilantro
  43. Flour Tortillas
  44. Vidalia Onions
  45. Tortilla Chips
  46. Sour Cream
  47. Corn Chips
  48. Tabasco

Cooking Instructions

60 + Minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Fry hamburger meat, drain if needed and add all seasonings.

  3. 3

    A great [quick] chili seasoning mix that's always worth the purchase.

  4. 4

    Add all vegetables and broth. Hard simmer covered for 30 minutes. Stir regularly.

  5. 5

    Add all beans and a dash or two of beer if needed to thin chili in the last 15+ minutes.

  6. 6

    Place mixture in crock pot if not serving immediately and add shreadded cheese and sour cream if desired.

    Serve hot with any of the options listed above. Enjoy!
