4medium tomatoes
2medium onions
1tblspn of vinegar
1chili
to tasteSalt
1medium lemon
1 bunchcoriander

Chop,onions,coriander and tomatoes and put them in a bowl.

Squeeze the lemon And add salt.

Add vinegar and Chili then stir. Leave it for 10minutes.

For fish remove scales, and slice the fish on the body and apply salt.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry.

Serve hot with your kachumbari and green.
