Ingredients

  • 3 lbsking salmon filet
  • garlic powder
  • ground ginger
  • white pepper
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tbsgarlic chile paste
  • 3 tbsketchup
  • 2 tspbrown sugar
  • 1lime, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay salmon on a large sheet of foil.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle liberally with seasonings.

  3. 3

    Mix chile paste, ketchup and brown sugar. Spread on salmon.

  4. 4

    Cover in lime slices.

  5. 5

    Wrap tightly in foil.

  6. 6

    Grill on low heat until fish is flaky. Serve and enjoy.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
