Omena is an easy meal to prepare. If you make it right it can be very delicious.
Steps

Wash the omena in warm water. Then place in the sufuria and 50ml cooking oil and stir until it turn golden brown.

Add the onions and stir for a minute.

Add the tomatoes and dhania then cover for 2minutes then stir as you crash then add a pinch of salt.
- 4
Stir for a minute then turn off the heat.serve with ugali and avocado.
