  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 cupMixed vegetables
  5. 3 tbspfish oil
  6. 1tsps salt
  7. 1tsps Rajah
  8. 1 litrewater

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil beans for 45minutes

  2. 2

    On separate pot fry onions and tomato

  3. 3

    Add rajah and salt

  4. 4

    Add mix vegetables

  5. 5

    When beans are ready mix together

  6. 6

    Let simmer for a few minutes

  7. 7

    Then beans are ready to serve with pap
