2chicken drumstick
1potato
4tomato cherry
3jalapeno or anaheim
1onion
Sauce :
3garlic
3 tbspolive oil
1 tspdried chili paper flakes
1/2 tspdried mint
1/2 tspdried thyme

Steps

Put in a bowl garlic (grated), olive oil and salt. Stir well then put mint, chili flakes, thyme. Stir well

Prick chiken with knive and place in roasting pan. Also potato, tomato and jalapeno. Covered with onion

Season chiken inside and out and then spread around it. Baked 180°c 60 minute
