I had brought a bottle of blueberry crush for the cheese cake which i made for my son's birthday last week,so while making the tea cake thought of utilising it and hence the birth of this recipe

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Sieve the flour,bp,bs together

Beat the condensed milk and butter together with a beater till the mixture is light and fluffy.add vanilla extract
- 4
Add the flour and milk /water alternately to the above mixture and fold it gently to make a smooth batter

Pour half the mixture in a greased and dusted tin.add 2 tbsp of blueberry crush over the batter and swirl it gently with a knife or a spoon

Pour the remaining batter into the tin an top it with the remaining crush mixture and swirl it again

Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes till a knife/skewer comes out clean

Invert it over a wire rack to cool,cut into slices and ENJOY.
