Ingredients

1Sweet corn
2-3potatoes
1beet root
1carrot
2-3bread slices
1 inchGinger
2-3Green chillies
Bread crumbs
Suji
Salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, aamchur as per taste
Oil for shallow fry

Boil potatoes n mash it finely keep aside

Grate sweet corn,beetroot n carrot

Make a paste of green chilies n ginger with lil coriander leaves

Add all above ingredients....add all spices as per your choice....scramble n mix bread in that....add bread crumbs if needed

Make patty of your desired shape...coat it with fine Suji n shallow fry the cutlets

Serve hot with green chutney
