Steps

Put cut broccoli pieces in to deep freezer for 15 minutes covered with wrapper

Prepare White cream by putting a non stick pan on stove. Medium heat. First add butter and add flour and stir it well for five minutes. Add milk and stir well add sugar

Add broccoli pieces in to white cream and cover nonstick lid for 10 minutes.

Add cream and cheese for decoration

Sugar used to stabilize taste. You may add more sugar as per your taste. Add Cherry tomatoes / Black pepper / Oragano / Tulsi leaves to decorate dish.

Your dish is ready. Serve Hot
