Ingredients

1 plate
  1. 3/4avocado (cut diced)
  2. 1tomato (cut diced)
  3. leavesRocket
  4. 1 slicegarlic bread
  5. Lemon juice
  6. 2 tbspMa Ploy Thai Salad Dressing

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove avocado from the skin. Then cut diced.

  2. 2

    Cut the tomato, mix with the avocado.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with thai salad dressing and lemon juice
