Mint Cilantro Chutney
Inspired by http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mint-chutney/. The Indian restaurant I usually order from never gives us enough so I tried to make it on my own. Here is my current version.

Steps
- 1
Remove the stems from the mint and cilantro and rinse well. Toss everything into a blender and mix well.
- 2
Pour mix into an ice cube tray and cover with cellophane. Once the cubes are fully frozen you can remove them to a zip-lock bag for long-term storage.
- 3
Take a few out at a time and thaw for whatever dish you want. We like to put it on Cuban sandwiches or use it as a side when we order Chicken Tikka Masala.
