over the weekend i made this stew. I actually like it though i didn't use any artificial spices. And i love it!!!
Steps

Wash the beef and cut into medium sizes.

Put to boil for 30 minutes and add in 2 tbsp of oil.

When water has dried up, add in the sliced onions.

Cook until soft then add the sliced capsicum and cook for, 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, stir and cover. Cover for 5 minutes.

Then continue stirring the beef and finally add water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.
