Kids Lunch Box - Baked Potato Wedges

These easy to make and delicious potato wedges needs no introduction. It is everybody's favourite appetizer. Have them baked and pack them for your kiddies lunch along with your usual menu. They will love it. It is ideal for their short break. Can be had with a sprinkle some grated cheese, an extra dash of lime for a tangy flavour and ketchup / green chutney.

Wash the potatoes and pat dry. Cut each into half and then each half into 4 pieces. Add all the above mentioned ingredients to the potatoes and toss well. Leave aside for 5-10 minutes.

Now line a baking tray with a butter paper or foil and grease it. Arrange the marinated wedges on it.

Bake in a preheated microwave oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C by flipping it over halfway through.

Serve them hot with ketchup or any chutney.
