3 servings

chopped 3 bunches kales
vegetable cooking oil
4tomatoes, chopped
1onion, chopped
1 pinchsalt

Add oil in a sufuria then onions. fry them together till golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry for 5 mine.

Add the kales and salt. mix them together. add a little water and cover well.

Let it steam for 7 mins. remove from heat and serve with Ugali
