Chocolate cake
What is better on a birthday than a home made chocolate cake.
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a paper bag and shake till the ingredients mix evenly.

Melt the butter then pour in a bowl. Add the vegetable cooking oil and all other wet ingredients and whisk.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together as you whisk until you get good batter with no flour or bubbles.

Preheat your oven for 20mins at 150° Celsius before inserting the cake.

In a baking pan spread a generous amount of butter then then cover with a thin layer of flour all round.

Pour your batter into the baking pan and insert in your oven. Cook for 45mins or until knife comes out clean when dipped.

After removing from the oven, let the cake cool down for about 3hrs then start decorating.

Apply lots of whip cream then pour chocolate shavings on top
