Chop tomato fine.

Heat oil and add jeera and chopped green chilli. Fry it. Add fine chopped garlic and hing. Once it get golden colour, add turmeric, red chilli powder and fine chopped tomato.

Even add coriander to enhance flavour. Later just add salt sugar and mix it. And put lid on

Now after few minutes when oil starts showing on top switch off the flame and serve it.
