Ingredients

Halfa tuber of medium size yam
diced onion
Sliced pumpkin leaf/any other
Dried ground pepper

Chop yam in little cubes and boil
2

When it is halfway cooked add salt to taste

When it is cooked, add little palm oil and let in steam a while
4

Add spices and leave it for a minute.
5

Add the pumpkin leaf and leave to steam for a minute or two and turn off the cooker.
