Ingredients

  • Halfa tuber of medium size yam
  • diced onion
  • Sliced pumpkin leaf/any other
  • Dried ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop yam in little cubes and boil

  2. 2

    When it is halfway cooked add salt to taste

  3. 3

    When it is cooked, add little palm oil and let in steam a while

  4. 4

    Add spices and leave it for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add the pumpkin leaf and leave to steam for a minute or two and turn off the cooker.
