3large lemon
5gloves of garlic
17 gchicken spice

Wash your meat and mix garlic and lemon juice

Add the chicken spice and leave to marinade for 10minutes

Grease your braaing stand

Braai the meat 5minutes in a hot charcoal and turn braai for another 5minutes

Best served with soft porridge and tomato salad
