Peel your potatoes cut them to desired sizes add to your stew and let them cook. When almost ready add your chopped carrots and a little water and let simmer.

In another sufuria, fry your onion add your Njahi and salt and stir well. Add grated carrots to your black beans keep stirring untill ready.

Serve with steamed rice
