1/2fried fish
1medium onion
2medium tomatoes
Cooking oil
to tasteSalt

Dice onions and tomatoes.

Heat cooking oil in a pan.

Add onions and fry then add tomatoes and mash them.

Put fried fish and add water and salt. Let it cook for 15minutes.

Serve hot with ugali.
