Ingredients

  1. potato puree -1 bowl
  2. cooked rice -2 bowl
  3. spoonschopped mint -2
  4. egg-1
  5. bread crumbs-1 bowl
  6. salt - as your taste
  7. oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put salt & 2 spoons chopped mint into 1 bowl potato pure.

  2. 2

    Mix it well & make small small 7,8 balls.

  3. 3

    Take 2 bowl of cooked rice & mash it.

  4. 4

    When rice ' ll be like soft dough, take a bit rice on your Palm flat it pressing between both of your palms.

  5. 5

    Keep a potato ball into rice and close it well.

    Now deep those all balls in egg & roll it in bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Finally deep fry on medium gas.

  8. 8

    And serve it with hot ketchup or anything else you like.
