I usually make tomato penne simple and healthy, but this time, I added heavy cream to make it rich and more tasty!

I usually make tomato penne simple and healthy, but this time, I added heavy cream to make it rich and more tasty!

Chop the garlic, cut the bacon and the vegetables.

Put the penne in a pan of boiling water. Cook according to the instructions.

Heat oil in a frying pan with garlic. Add bacon, then the vegetables and cook for a couple minutes.

Add in a can of tomatoes into the pan. Simmer uncovered for 7-8 minutes.

Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Cook for another few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a pinch of salt.

Drain the penne and mix it into the pan of tomato sauce.

Serve with plenty of parmesan cheese and black pepper. Enjoy!!
