Use the same cup for measuring.

Chop all the vegetables and place them in a bowl. Add the washed rice.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and spices.

Roll the grape leaves. Strain the liquid from the filling and place sliced potatoes at the bottom of the pot. Add the rolled leaves and place a weight on top. Pour the strained liquid over them to cover.

Place on the stove. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 2 hours.
