Remove the managu leaves from the stalk. Wash and cut into medium size pieces.

Put to boil for 30 minutes with minimum water ensure that the managu does not burn hence check on it regularly.

Then put oil in a pan and add in the cut onions fry until soft.

Then add in tomatoes, stir and cover for like 3 minutes add salt and stir again. Add in the boiled managu and mix.

Mix and add inside little water just to ensure that the managu does not burn.

Cook for five minutes and then serve.
- 7
Serve best with ugali.
