Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut into small sizes.

Put cooking oil in a pan,let it heat up for 20 seconds.

Add diced onions and stir as you add salt.Let the onions cook till it is golden brown.

Put the vegetables into the sufuria and cover to steam for 1 minute.

Uncover and add mixed spice then stir..cover for 2 minutes to cook.

Vegetables are ready to serve with ugali.
