Use ripe bananas

Peel off the skin and place them on a clean tray or plate.

In a hot pan, add the butter and let it melt.

Once it melts and is almost golden brown, add the sugar.

After step 4, this is what you get.

At this point, add your bananas. Keep sliding them on the pan once in a while so that they can be well browned as they cook.

Once they cook on one side, slowly turn them so that they cook on the other side. Don't cook for too long, give each side approximately 3mins.

Once done, place them on a clean plate.

Cut them into diagonal pieces.

Place the pieces into a clean empty bowl.

Top up with ice cream and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. You can also use honey in place of peanuts if you like. Enjoy!
