Peel the potatoes and clean them

Chop the potatoes into strips

Using a kitchen towel.dry the uncooked potatoes

Add the cooking oil in a frying pan and let it be hot.add the salt to taste (optional)

Add the potato chips and fry till crispy

Serve hot when ready with Kachumbari and smokies.

Enjoy with cold cocacola
