Steps

Remove scale and intestines of the fish and wash thoroughly with water and drain water.

Take the fish and cut the flesh into small slice.

Apply the 2 tablespoon of vinegar to the fish and let it stay for 5 min

Mix one tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoon of Wheat flour in a plate. And royco.

Take the fish and start rubbing it on the fish all over.

Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot. Dip the fish when the oil is too hot and let it cook for 25 min.

Serve while hot with kachumbari and ugali
