Ingredients

  • 2 bunchesparsley
  • 1/2 bunchfresh mint
  • 4large tomatoes
  • 3green onions
  • Lettuce for garnish
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1/4 cupfine bulgur
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • Salt to taste

Steps

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly and drain them.

  2. 2

    Chop the parsley finely with a sharp knife, ensuring a fine chop from the first cut.

  3. 3

    Chop the tomatoes and drain them well, then add the bulgur to the tomatoes to soften.

  4. 4

    Finally, chop the mint to preserve the flavor.

  5. 5

    Add the lemon juice, salt, and olive oil, and serve immediately.
