  • 2 glassrice
  • 2 pcscarrots grated
  • 4 glasswater
  • 2 tablespooncooking oil
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Fry carrots with the oil for two to three minutes

  2. 2

    Add water and let it boil

  3. 3

    Add rice and cook for 5-10minutes till water dries up. And its ready to serve with the accompaniments
