In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, evaporated milk, and the juice of the limes and lemons. You can also add some of the pulp and zest for extra flavor and richness.

Blend everything well until you have a very creamy mixture.

Place a double layer of cookies in a dish, making sure to cover the bottom completely. Pour plenty of the cream mixture over the cookies, making sure they are well soaked. Add another layer of cookies, cover again with cream, and for decoration, crush some cookies and mix with a little lime and lemon zest. Sprinkle this over the cake, cover with foil, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until well chilled for that refreshing taste you want in a chilled cake.
