Wash the samp and beans well and boil for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes drain the first batch of water then add clear water and let it boil on a low temperature untill it is cooked

In separate pot fry onion and knorrox untill golden brown add oxtail soup

Pour the gravy in the pot and stir untill combined
- 5
Serve with any stew
