  • 1 kgcow heels
  • 1big onion
  • 1 teaspooncurry
  • 2 tablespoonsbrown onion soup
  • 1 sachetbenny
  • 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil cow heels for 7 hrs

    Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
