Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2fresh tomatoes diced
  • 3fresh pepper diced
  • 1/2onions diced
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2cksp veg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Break eggs into a bowl and whisk

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan and add palm oil once it's hot add onions and stir

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and pepper and stir continously for 5mins

  4. 4

    Stir in eggs and scramble till eggs is fried through

  5. 5

    Serve with plantain
