Ingredients

  • 1/2 poundgreen beans
  • olive oil
  • 1large garlic minced
  • 1 halflarge onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsminced ginger
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce

    Heat oil low, add onion, soy sauce, garlic, ginger

    Steam freash green beens until almost soft

  3. 3

    Saute all until desired tenderness
