  • 10large size Irish potatoes
  • 5mayai
  • Oil for cooking and frying
  • Salt

    Peel the potatoes and cut to chips size. Then put a frying pan to heat to the maximum then dip the potatoes to dip fry.

    When the chips are ready, whisk the eggs and add salt.

  3. 3

    Put the frying pan to heat with oil the add the eggs.

  4. 4

    Make your omellete

  5. 5

    Then serve with chips
