Steps

Prepare the matumbo by cytting then wash in warm water to ensure its well cleaned.

In a cooking pot put the matumbo then add 2 jars of water then allow it to boil well till its tender.

In a different cooking pan add cooking oil and onions tgen cook until almost golden brown

Add the tomatoes then let it cook well

In a cup add royco with 1/4 of water then stir to mix then add in the tomatoes

Add a cup of water then let it boil before adding the matumbo

Add chill and 1 cup of water for soup if need be.

Cover it with a lid and leave it for a few minutes for tge soup to thicken well.

Best served with steamed cabbage and ugali or matoke.
