Since the beans and maize are already cooked, add the onions and oil to the sufuria and heat till golden brown then add capsicum/pilipili hoho and tomatoes.

Add the carrots after a few minutes and add Githeri. Stir well then add cinnamon and royco

Stir well then add salt with one cup of water. Cook for 30mins and serve with avocado
