Make sure the kabuli chana is soaked overnight. Now boil the kabuli chana for atleast 5-6 whistles in a pressure cooker. (You can add some salt for boiling)

In a mixer, separately onion, green chilly. Also separately grind tomato to make paste.

Now heat oil in frying pan. Add cumin seeds, jeera, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and fry it till it get dried.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander & turmeric powder, garam masala and chole masala. Saute it well for 4-5 minutes. Add extra oil if required.

Add the boiled kabuli chana to the pan and mix it well. Add 2 cups of water and let it boil for 5-8 minutes. Make sure water is not completely dried up as we want the gravy to be thick and but very thick.

Garnish with coriander and serve it with bhature or nan. Enjoy!
