Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 kgrice
  • 1/4 kgmeat
  • 3 table spoonpilau masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 1/2ginger
  • 3/4of garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cooking in a pan add onions let it cook till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic and ginger add some pilau masala.Add boiled meat and stir then cover for 5 minutes to steam.

  3. 3

    Uncover and add 8 cups of hot water let it boil then add 4 cups of rice..cover to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Uncover and use a fork to pork till the bottom to check if it is dry.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot with stewed peas.
