  • Gem Squash (halved)
  • Grated Cheese of your choice
  • Left over sauce or relish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and steam Gems

  2. 2

    Fill with left over sauce or relish and arrange on a flat baking tray

    Top with cheese and seasoning

    Bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, then grill to crisp the cheese
