Place cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions. Stir for a minute then add tomatoes

Cover as the tomatoes soften and then crash them as you stir.

Add the maize and beans and stir then add 1/2 cup water and salt then cover for a few minutes.

Place the chopped cabbage in sufuria add 1/4 cup water, 2tbs cooking oil and salt. Stir then cover for 5 minutes for it to steam.

When the cabbage is ready turn off heat and serve
