Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 kgmince meat
  • 1medium onion
  • 1small green peper
  • 1 tbsginger and garlic
  • 3 tablespoonoil
  • 1 cubeknorrox
  • 1 tinmixed vegetable curry 415g
  • 1 teaspoonrajah curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion add rajah,knorrox in oil fry till its tender

  2. 2

    Add the mince then fry all for 7 minutes

  3. 3

    Add Brown onion soup 1/2cup of water

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for 15 minutes then your mixed vegetable curry

  5. 5

    Serve with spaghetti
